What kind of personal information do Hotel Express International collect?

In order to handle your bookings and give you the best possible customer experience when you book with us there is certain information we must have when you register and use our service. This information includes. Your name, Preferred contact details, the names of anybody travelling with you and your payment information. In addition, we also collect some user information from your computer, phone or other device, you use when you register or book with us. This includes what type of device you used and what browser you used when your register or book with us.

User / Member account

To become a member of Hotel Express Online or any co-branded sites you need to create a personal user account. You have access to all the personal information stored about you on my accounts page when you are logged into your account.

Administer your reservations

To help administer your bookings and ensure you get the best service possible. Without your personal information we would not be able to complete the hotel reservation.

Customer service

In order to provide you the best possible customer service in regards to your hotel booking we store information about your hotel reservations so we are prepared to help you with any queries in regards to your hotel reservation.

Marketing

We use your information for marketing activities.
We may use your contact information to send you regular newsletters containing special deals, information, travel tips or third-party services we believe will be of interest to you. You will only receive newsletters if you have agreed to it. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters you can unsubscribe trough a link in our newsletters or contact us to be removed from our newsletter list.
We may also use your information to send you individualised offers on our website or mobile apps.
If you enter promotional activities like competitions we need to store relevant information in order to manage these promotions
